Brett Jenkins

Brett Jenkins

Co-Owner/ Executive Chef

I started my career at the Bread Box Bakery in Anniston, AL, at the age of 15, where I fell in love with cooking. I did not attend culinary school but instead grew up in the kitchen with my mom, Linda, and my grandmother, Margaret. Their strong Southern influence still impacts my style to this day. I spent many years working in some of the most sought-after and remote locations across the nation. I love taking ingredients from those regions and melding them with my Southern roots.

I currently own Clover on Court in Gadsden, as well as Endeavor Hospitality Consultants, and I am the co-owner and executive chef at Coldwater Mountain Brewpub.

Family: My daughter, AJ, and I reside in Gadsden, AL.

Favorite Beer: Criterium Kolsch.
